Untouchable® with Scuff Resistant Technology™ (SRT) is a low-odor, black heel mark resistant floor finish, designed for optimal gloss and durability while minimizing labor. This product is nonscuffing, durable, and detergent resistant, ensuring a high gloss maintenance with minimal burnishing required. The finish is easy to apply due to its excellent leveling and low odor characteristics. It is recommended for use on all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces. For restorative maintenance, it's essential to completely remove all old wax, finish, and soil from the surface, ensuring that the floor is clean, dry, and free of residue before application. The application should consist of uniform, thin to medium coats, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly for 20 to 30 minutes, with a minimum of four coats suggested. A self-sealing finish, it may require 1 to 2 coats of a Betco® sealer for older or porous tiles. Routine maintenance involves sweeping debris, dust mopping, and damp mopping or using an automatic scrubber with Betco® floor cleaner, with buffing or burnishing to enhance gloss as necessary. Interim maintenance includes sweeping, dust mopping, and top scrubbing the floor with Daily Scrub SC, followed by the application of 1 to 2 coats of finish as needed. The product complies with slip resistance standards.
