The Streamline® ductless line set includes a 1/2" suction insulation and features a 1/4" OD x 3/8" OD x 25' black copper tube, which is UL recognized to handle a maximum working pressure (MWP) of 700 PSI. Made and assembled in the USA, the line set is specially engineered for use with R410A refrigerants and comes with a 10-year limited warranty on the copper tube, adhering to ASTM B1003 standards. The Duraguard UV™ insulation is designed to withstand harsh solar and weather conditions, featuring an abrasion and weather-resistant polymeric jacket that offers superior protection. The insulation is available in several wall thicknesses: 1/2" (R3), 3/4" (R5), and 1" (R7), with an operating temperature range of -70°F to +220°F as per ASTM C534. The insulating properties are derived from elastomeric foam, and the insulation carries a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty that includes UV resistance. The product complies with multiple standards, including ASTM E 84 25/50, 2012/2015 IECC (Residential + Commercial), ASTM G153, UL 94 (Fire Stop), and California Title 24, Section 120.3.
