Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Therma-Ficient™ insulation to protect you in the toughest temperatures. The kit includes heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon shell material for extended wear-life, an overhead shoulder design for complete freedom of movement, and a zipper/storm fly front with hidden snap closure. Additionally, the detachable insulated hood features a knit wind seal and throat guard. Key design attributes include a tapered sweep with an adjustable elastic drawcord to prevent catching, tapered sleeve cuffs with hook and loop take-up straps, one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder layered on top, and an interior pocket on the upper right with zipper closure. The embellishment access zipper is located in the rear sweep. The black material is made of 420D PU coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the jacket body, sleeves, and hood are lined with Therma-Ficient™ aluminum oxide coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. Seams are double-needle stitched with single-needle stitched hems, and the closure type is a storm fly front equipped with a heavy-duty zipper and five snaps.
