Engineered to provide superior comfort and safety in cold storage and freezer environments, Tingley® Cold Gear utilizes premium heat retention technology with Thermo-Ficient™ insulation to protect users in the toughest temperatures. The kit includes an overhead shoulder design for complete freedom of movement, a zipper/storm fly front with hidden snap closure, and a detachable insulated hood designed with a knit wind seal and throat guard. The shell is constructed from heavy-duty, water-repellent, abrasion and tear-resistant 420D nylon material for longer wear-life, and features a tapered sweep with an adjustable elastic drawcord to prevent catching, along with tapered sleeve cuffs equipped with hook and loop take-up straps. Storage options include one exterior left chest zipper pocket, two lined exterior handwarmer pockets, and a two-section exterior pen pocket located on the upper left sleeve with a clear badge holder layered on top, as well as an interior pocket on the upper right with zipper closure and an embellishment access zipper in the rear sweep. The black material is 420D PU-coated nylon (5.0 oz.), while the jacket body, sleeves, and hood are lined with Thermo-Ficient™ aluminum oxide-coated 210T polyester taffeta filled with 240g/m² fiber fill polyester. Seam construction features double needle stitching, and hems are single needle stitched. Closure type includes a storm fly front with a heavy-duty zipper and five snaps.
