The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelves accommodate various heights, widths, and depths, providing four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the solid decking consists of sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard, providing a cost-effective solution.
