The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, making it suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, providing a cost-effective solid surface. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, relying on snap-in components to allow quick set-up and expansion with more stability than bolting two starter units together.
