The SC Preferred™ 2 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into the corner post to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The finish is chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The kit includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard for solid decking, which ships in two pieces.
