The Reed R7200 digital stroboscope is designed to freeze the motion and accurately measure the speed of a rotating object without the need for contact or reflective tape. It features flash rate speeds ranging from 60 to 99,999 FPM/RPM and is equipped with 16 bright LEDs and an easy-to-read LCD display. Key attributes include high accuracy of ±0.001%, a rechargeable Li-ion battery with an extended life of up to 8 hours of continuous use at 6,000 FPM/RPM, and internal phase shifting that allows for the movement of the target in increments. The flash rate can be displayed in either flashes per minute (FPM) or flashes per second (Hz), and a multiplier (1X/10X/100X) push button enables quick verification of actual RPM. The device operates effectively in temperatures ranging from 14 to 131°F (-10 to 55°C) with a storage temperature of -4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°C) and humidity range of 10-90%. Additionally, it can function at a maximum operating altitude of 6,561 feet (2000m).
