The SQUIDS® 3755 self-adhering tool tethering tape Trap™ provides a secure and efficient method of attaching tool tails™ to hand tools for safe tool tethering. This tape Trap™ simplifies the installation of tool lanyards by creating retrofit tether points on hand tools that lack manufactured attachment points or captive holes. The innovative self-adhering feature eliminates the need for additional adhesives, tools, or heat sources during application, leaving no sticky residue or damage to the tool after use. Crafted from fiberglass-reinforced construction, this tethering solution prioritizes durability and high strength, while its cut- and puncture-resistant qualities provide resilience in challenging work conditions. Additionally, this tool tethering solution enhances user comfort by adding an improved and ergonomic grip to tools. Tested to a maximum capacity of 15 lbs // 6.8 kg (depending on length, tool, tail, and lanyard used), it meets the ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 standard with all required labeling.
