The Tape Trap™ simplifies the installation of tool lanyards by creating retrofit tether points on hand tools that lack manufactured attachment points or captive holes. The innovative, self-adhering feature eliminates the need for additional adhesives, tools, or heat sources during application, leaving no sticky residue or damage to the tool. Crafted from fiberglass-reinforced construction, this tethering solution prioritizes durability and high strength, while also incorporating cut- and puncture-resistant qualities for resilience in challenging work conditions. This tool tethering solution enhances user comfort by adding an improved and ergonomic grip to tools. It is tested to be trusted, with a third-party certification for a maximum capacity of 15lbs // 6.8kg (depending on length, tool, tail, and lanyard used), and meets the ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 standard with all required labeling.
