The Madison trash receptacle, made of Ipe wood, is designed to complement other products in the Madison collection and has a capacity of 36 gallons. It features Ipe wood planks supported by a powder-coated steel frame, which is constructed from 1/4" thick steel plates and 12 gauge rolled steel. The receptacle includes 1" x 3-1/2" sealed Ipe wood planks and is portable and/or surface mountable, using all stainless steel hardware. It comes with a rain bonnet lid and a liner. The slats are made from 5/4" x 4" Ipe wood (nominal size 1" x 3-1/2"), while the frame features rings made from 12 gauge x 3" flat steel rolled to shape. The top and bottom plates are laser cut from 1/4" steel and all components are electrically MIG welded. The mounting feet are fabricated from 7 gauge steel. The receptacle's steel is sandblasted to near white condition, coated with a zinc-rich epoxy primer, and then top-coated with electrostatic powder coat and oven cured. The Ipe wood is sealed on each end to prevent splitting and stained with a wood finish. Specific dimensions include a receptacle diameter of 27-5/16", height of 35-5/8", and a capacity of 32 gallons. Note that mounting hardware is not included but the provided hardware is stainless steel. The top plate is fabricated from 18 gauge steel flat, spun to form, with vertical posts made of 1/2" diameter steel rods. The bonnet top and ash urn are also manufactured from 20 gauge steel flat, spun to form, with all components electrically MIG welded. The center opening has an inside diameter of 8" and the overall dimensions are 26-3/4" in diameter and 11-1/4" high. Additionally, a heavy-duty plastic trash liner is included.
