The Madison trash receptacle, designed from Ipe wood, integrates seamlessly with other items in the Madison collection and boasts a 36-gallon capacity. The construction features Ipe wood planks set within a robust powder-coated steel frame, comprised of 1/4" thick steel plates and 12-gauge rolled steel. The receptacle includes 1" x 3-1/2" sealed Ipe wood planks and is suitable for both portable and surface mounting, utilizing all stainless steel hardware. An ash urn lid and liner are included, with slats featuring 5/4" x 4" Ipe wood (nominal size 1" x 3-1/2"). The frame is formed from 12-gauge x 3" flat steel rolled into shape, while the top and bottom plates are laser-cut from 1/4" steel, with all components electrically MIG welded. The mounting feet are constructed from 7-gauge steel, and the steel components feature a sandblasted finish, coated with a zinc-rich epoxy primer and electrostatic powder coating, oven-cured for durability. The Ipe wood is sealed on each end to prevent splitting, complemented by a protective wood finish. The receptacle dimensions measure 27-5/16" in diameter and 35-5/8" in height, with a 32-gallon capacity. The included hardware for the bonnet top consists of 18-gauge steel flat, spun to form, alongside vertical posts made from 1/2" diameter steel rods. The ash urn is similarly fabricated from 20-gauge steel flat, spun to form, resulting in a sturdy and functional design. The center opening has an 8" inside diameter, with overall dimensions of 26-3/4" in diameter and 11-1/4" in height. The trash liner is constructed from heavy-duty plastic, ensuring reliable performance.
