The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving offers easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required, utilizing snap-in components and sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Decking is sold separately. Warranty terms apply as specified by the manufacturer.
