The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suited for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner post for structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. The shelving offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under load. The finish is chip resistant gray baked enamel, and decking is sold separately. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility.
