The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The shelving uses sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, and the open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Dimensions and decking options vary, and decking must be ordered separately.
