The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The unit features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving is constructed with double rivet button stud joints that lock perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway and providing structural security. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The system assembles easily with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The frame is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coat. Dimensions vary with height, width, and depth options available, and decking must be ordered separately.
