The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, allowing adjustable open shelves also spaced in 1" increments. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the open design provides access from all four sides for maximum flexibility. Easy assembly is achieved with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Dimensions and decking must be ordered separately. Warranty information is provided with the product.
