The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. The kit includes a starter unit with rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The shelving features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint and eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Decking must be ordered separately.
