The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage area, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable shelving system is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, with a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and front-to-back supports prevent beams from rotating under full load. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Decking must be ordered separately.
