The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with no decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to create a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and its chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Assembly is easy with snap-in components that require no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the dimensions and other options accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. Decking is to be ordered separately.
