The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, providing durable and adaptable storage with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization to fit various storage needs. This shelving unit features an open design with four-side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and decking must be ordered separately.
