The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving includes 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support and easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility. The snap-in components enable easy set-up and make expansion simple by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks the perimeter beams into corner posts forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. It has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Decking is sold separately.
