The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on, designed for retail, commercial, and industrial use, features a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level and open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. It offers durable and adaptable storage with an open design that allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The add-on unit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The shelving system ensures easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and allows easy expansion by joining units with greater stability using less construction than bolting two starter units together.
