The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial storage, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The durable roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments using double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into the corner post, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and expansion is facilitated by joining units more stably and with less construction than bolting two starter units together. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and decking is ordered separately.
