The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing and rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, providing sturdy support for retail, commercial, and industrial applications. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization of shelf height, and the open design permits four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish adds durability, and easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips as all snap-in components facilitate quick set-up. For added stability, add-ons can be joined together with less construction effort than bolting two starter units. Decking must be ordered separately. The product comes with a warranty as specified by the manufacturer.
