The shelving unit offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and can be expanded by joining units to provide increased stability and reduced construction complexity compared to bolting starter units together. It is constructed of sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full loads. The double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally sound joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14-gauge steel T posts punched on 1-inch centers along with double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1-inch increments. The shelving is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating, and decking must be ordered separately.
