The SC Preferred 5-shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage space, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications, with adjustable open shelves in 1" increments to fit various heights, widths, and depths. The shelving features easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and allows for expansion by joining units with added stability compared to bolting starter units together. Its sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction securing perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14-gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and decking must be ordered separately.
