The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs per level. It features a durable and adaptable design suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization to fit various storage needs. The system offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, facilitating quick set-up and expansion by joining units with greater stability than bolting starter units together. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed 14 gauge steel framing with T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams for vertical adjustment on 1" increments. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. All specifications accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area. Decking is sold separately.
