The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. The kit includes a starter unit featuring rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable in 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing with double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, providing a cost-effective solid storage surface.
