The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, allowing for open shelves that are adaptable and adjustable. The shelving features a sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. The open design offers four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and the snap-in components enable easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. The package also includes sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, providing cost-effective, solid shelving surfaces.
