The SC Preferred 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four side access providing maximum flexibility. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports help prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post forming a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights that are punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability, and sturdy smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard provides a cost-effective solid decking, which ships in two pieces.
