The SC Preferred™ 3-shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving includes 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support, and easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports that help prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the sturdy smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking is shipped in two pieces, providing a cost-effective solid surface for storage.
