The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security, and sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The open design allows four side access for flexibility. The shelving uses a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and cost-effective 5/8" thick precut particleboard decking that ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
