The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction to eliminate back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, and each shelf incorporates sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking that ships in two pieces.
