The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility with four side access. The shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. It includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, creating structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. The unit is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel and comes with sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
