The 48"W x 24"D x 84"H SC Preferred 4-shelf extra-heavy-duty boltless shelving starter kit includes uprights, four wood shelf decks, and hardware. The wood shelves provide a durable, strong, and flat storage surface with a 1500 lbs. per shelf maximum payload capacity. Designed for retail, commercial, office, and industrial applications, the open design allows four-sided access and visibility to improve inventory control and airflow. The wood decking, made of smooth, precut 5/8"-thick particleboard, evenly distributes weight and is easy and cost-effective to replace if damaged. The unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" 14 ga steel uprights and a gray chip-resistant baked enamel finish. Assembly requires no tools due to tool-free snap-in components that eliminate the need for nuts, bolts, or clips. Shelves adjust at 1-1/2" increments without tools, and double rivet button studs lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Dimensions are 48"W x 24"D x 84"H. A limited 1-year warranty is provided.
