The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for flexibility. The kit includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts, preventing back and side sway. The open design allows four side access and easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving has front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. It is finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel coating. The package includes a precut 5/8" thick particleboard solid decking, which ships in two pieces, providing a cost-effective and sturdy surface.
