The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area, supporting a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the shelving, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard offers a cost-effective solid decking solution.
