The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The shelving includes open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexibility for various storage needs. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. The unit is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing that provides maximum support, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to form a structurally secure joint, preventing back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the shelving uses sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard for solid decking.
