The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and feature an easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, with an open design allowing four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The shelving uses sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
