The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams, which lock perimeter beams into the corner posts using double rivet button stud construction for a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the shelves have a sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking which ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The components feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. This shelving is designed for easy expansion and strong stability without the need for bolting multiple starter units together.
