The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It is durable and adaptable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every area within a facility, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Expansion is simple by joining units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and solid decking is provided by sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard, which ships in two pieces.
