The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight capacity of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The shelving system offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area. The open design provides four side access for maximum flexibility. Stability is enhanced by sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and features sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, providing a cost-effective solid surface.
