The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial environments, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to fit nearly every facility area. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and units can be joined for expansion with greater stability compared to bolting two starter units together. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and double rivet button stud construction securing perimeter beams to corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking offers a cost-effective solid surface.
