The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration, and the unit offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing, it provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" intervals. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the solid decking is made from smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard for cost-effective durability.
