The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial applications. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing adaptability across various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for vertical adjustment at 1" increments, providing structural stability through double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The system features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, enabling quick expansion and stable connections between units.
