The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1600 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, it offers durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility, and the assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. This add-on unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. It includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The finish is chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the shelving comes with sturdy, smooth, precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking. The design accommodates various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility area, making expansion easy and more stable compared to bolting two starter units together.
