The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf, standard duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments, and a smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking shipped in two pieces. The open shelves offer adjustable spacing at 1" increments and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and the double rivet button stud construction secures perimeter beams to corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The entire unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and its dimensions vary to accommodate different height, width, and depth requirements.
