The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments to ensure structural stability. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, with snap-in components facilitating quick setup. The 5/8" thick precut particleboard wood decking comes chip-resistant with a gray baked enamel finish for durability and ships in two pieces to enhance convenience.
