The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments for customizable storage, supported by sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for structural stability. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability, while the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking offers a cost-effective solid surface, shipped in two pieces. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, allowing for quick expansion and increased stability when joining units.
